You can listen to our current recording and the previous week’s together with other audio from time to time that we think you may like you to hear. The new week’s recording will be available from 9.00 a.m. each Monday morning.

You can start play recordings online immediately using the website's audio player controls (this is called "streaming audio"). Alternatively, you can download recordings as MP3 files from our site to your own computer to listen later off-line, or for transferring to a portable MP3 player if you have one.
